I am Dwiinny Belval, a GPA (GLOBAL PEACE AMB.) for Haiti between 2020 and 2022. I am currently completing a degree in Philosophy and Political Science at the undergraduate level, and I have initiated a Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE) in Psychology with the aim of pursuing a master’s degree in Psychopedagogy. Since 2020, I have been serving as the Pedagogical Director of the prestigious New Hope School in Léogâne.

I have worked as a translator for several international NGOs, notably Children Of The Nation International (COTNI), which focuses on supporting children in their development. Additionally, I have collaborated as a Public Relations Manager at Back-up Kids for the Future (BKF) and as a consultant at Fountain Ministry, which operates in the most disadvantaged areas of Haiti. Until 2022, I held the position of Regional Leader for an international organization called Arise Project for Humanity, guiding young leaders to make a significant impact in their communities.

Until 2022, I also served as a marketing consultant for the largest restaurant in my city, Au Coin d’Or Restaurant. I regularly participate in training sessions, conferences, and workshops on topics related to leadership, governance, personal development, and entrepreneurship.

In December 2020, witnessing the leadership crisis afflicting the country, I decided to create Lead-Academy, a platform with the vision of fostering the emergence of a new generation of universal and responsible leaders. To date, we have reached thousands of young people throughout the country. We have organized more than 200 training sessions, conferences, workshops, and implemented over a dozen community projects.
