Mansour Elh Amani, Nigérien politician and diplomat. He is married and the father of four (4) children.
After his secondary studies leading to a Baccalaureate A4 series (Literature) in July 2009, President Mansour began university studies first in Niamey (Abdou Moumouni University), then in Adana and Ankara in Turkey. From this university course, he graduated with a bachelor degree in Political Science and International Relations in 2016 at the Yıldrım Beyazıt University in Ankara (Turkey), candidacy for a Master in International Relations and Diplomacy at the SWISS UMEF University in Niamey 2017 -2019, from the English department at the University of Niamey from 2009 to 2011.
After this exceptional university career, he began a professional career in different private sectors. From 2015 to 2019, he successively held the positions of:
• TRT Hausa Coordinator, Ankara,
• Africa desk of the security company Medtek Ankara,
• Deputy commercial director poultry farm SAGA Chicken, Niamey.
• Teacher of the Turkish and English language in the Niger-Turkish Friendship Schools of the Maarif Foundation of Turkey,
• Assistant head of the SUMMA Construction Niamey Project.
During these studies, Mansour did an internship at the Niger Embassy in Ankara, Turkey.
Like most young people, he was actively involved in several school and student movements such as: the Union of Nigerian Students in Turkey UENIT, President (2014 – 2015), the Union of African Students in Turkey ASUT, President (2013-2015), and the Association of Muslim Students of the University of Niamey, AEMUN in charge of presentation (2009-2011). This militant commitment shaped President Mansour’s political destiny. Indeed, from this militancy, he came out deeply imbued with ideas of the right and conservatism values, of Liberty, Justice, Democracy, and the rule of law.
In January 2022, he was elected President of the Patriotic Front for Justice and Development Party FPJD – IHSANI.
