VICTOR ONYEKWELU is the CEO and Founder of The Walking Book Club, the Program Officer at YALI Anambra Hub, an SDSN Youth Alumni, a Global Youth Ambassador at Theirworld, an SDGs Advocate, and an Advocate against Gender-Based Violence.

He has served as an Ambassador for esteemed organizations like the International Model United Nations (IMUN); the International Global Network (IGN); and the Red Dot Global Foundation, an organization that advocates for women’s rights and combat child sexual abuse.

Through his organization, ‘The Walking Book Club’ he has sent four out-of-school kids back to school where they are now receiving formal education.

CHIBUEZE VICTOR ONYEKWELU has a proven track record of successfully implementing projects.

In July 2023 he went for an SDGs advocacy campaign in eight schools in the rural areas of Anambra State.

In celebration of this year’s International Youth Day, he organized a 2-day online AI Photo and Video Editing training where over 250 participants benefited from the training.

In 2020, he together with other Ogidi Students Union executives organized a campaign against Rape, Cultism, and Drug Abuse in his hometown, Ogidi where he’s still serving as the Director of Social and Welfare. In 2022, he organized an online skill acquisition training that succeeded in empowering over 150 secondary school students with graphic design skills as a way of reducing the high rate of unemployment in his country, Nigeria.

He served as a team member to the Creative Ladies Global Resources, an NGO that distributed over 300 sanitary pads to secondary school girls in rural areas of Anambra state, Nigeria, as a way of celebrating the 2022 International Menstrual Hygiene Day.

VICTOR ONYEKWELU also served as a volunteer for the 2022 LEAP Africa Youth Day Of Service. He was part of the organizers of the boot camp “The Roles of Youths in National and Global Development.” The program focused on sharing insights on how to contribute to society and aid in Nigeria and Global Development.”

The young passionate leader derives joy in organizing and volunteering for community services because he firmly believes in achieving a SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY.
