Terms and Conditions

  1. There will be 300 seats in total. It will be broken into three categories: Fully funded, partially funded and self-funded.
    There will be 15 fully-funded spots and 75 partially funded spot in total, and rest will be on self-funded basis.
  2. Fully Funded seats are for Delegates only, however, 2 seats are reserved for Brand Ambassadors of Youth World Cup. Moreover, 50 Partial Funded seats are reserved for Quarter Finalist of Youth World Cup.
  3. The placement of applicants into such categories is at the discretion of the Global Peace Chain selection committee and based on the application, social experience, leadership skills And enthusiasm to join Youth World Cup.
  4. Fully funded applicants will be provided with an Air-Ticket Re-Imbursement, Accommodation, Certificate, Meals (Breakfast and Lunch), Conference Kit, Conference Fee, Cultural Evening Ceremony, Celebration Party, access to Awarding Ceremony. Percentage of Airfare Reimbursement will be decided on the basis of delegates application form.
  5. Partially funded applicants will be provided Certificate, Meals (Breakfast and Lunch), Conference Kit, Conference Fee, Cultural Evening Ceremony, Celebration Party, access to Awarding Ceremony.
  6. Self-funded applicants will be provided Certificate, Conference Kit, Cultural Evening Ceremony, Celebration Party.
  7. If a person is selected on self funded basis, he/she will have to pay Conference Fee which would be covering his/her accommodation + meals and access to awarding ceremony and conference.
  8. The Application fee is Not Refundable under any circumstance. If you qualify for a fully/partial funded spot, you still must have to pay the application fee
  9. One contestant could be the winner of one category only. If a person contest for different categories and appears as semi-finalist for two categories, then as per policy he will have to withdraw/ choose one category for further contest
  10. Finalists will be awarded with the prizes of finalist, however already given award of the semi-finalist will be taken back.
  11. 15% of the cash prize (semi-finalist/finalist) will be donated to Global Peace Chain for peace activities however, rest is for winner.
  12. Voter cannot cast vote to multiple candidates of same category in same country but he can cast vote to multiple candidates of same category but from different country. However, voter can freely vote as many as he wants to different categories of same country.
  13. Voter are restricted to cast one vote to one country of any category, however, he can vote for any other candidate of the same category but from any other country. While, in phase 2 he can vite for one country only in one region.
  14. Voter found with illegal voting practices will be blacklist for good by GPC.
  15. In case of equal high rates of voting among two or more contestants of same category, decision will be made on the basis of social media campaign.
  16. For contestants and participants is mandatory to use these hashtags as part of social media campaign #GlobalPeaceChain #YouthWorldCup
  17. For contestant’s minimum eligibility for YouthWorldCup’21 is to get at least 200 votes.
  18. Minimum time frame of 10 days will be given to each contestant for social media campaign, however, contestants applying earlier will get extra time for campaign as they will have benefit of early applying for social media campaign and vote appeal.
  19. In YouthWorldCup’21 each country/region will be given equal opportunities irrespective size and population.
  20. One country can win in multiple categories, however votes of respective country will count.
  21. The decision at any moment will be finalized by GPCs officials and cannot be challenged.
  22. Global Peace Chain will only provide visa guide and does not guarantee any visa to any category of delegates.
  23. All the Pictures and Videos captured during the event will be used by Global Peace Chain for its Marketing tools.
  24. Global Peace Chain reserves all rights to disqualify any application, if applicant is found in breaching Code of Conduct by GPC.
  25. All the selected delegates will be asked to publish their selection in the local Print & Electronic Media.
