Mr Magoma, is a enthusiastic young leader, who is passionate about aiding a global peace change. His involved in numerous activities, such as leading projects in his community with an NPO he co-founded called Sekgosese Youth Empowerment. With the NPO, Mr Magoma has led various projects that have impacted his community in a positive way through advocating youth development, and fostering community wide accelerated projects such as the ideas to construct a science center in the villages, his philosophy is “lets bring it home”, which implies that he wants to focus primarily on rural development and bring forth most of the developmental aspects that are usually found in the urban areas to the rural areas.
