Khamsa initiated to worked with Mennonite Central Committee in Lao PDR (MCC Laos) since
2010 and currently, he performs as a Project Manager on Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation.
Khamsa takes responsible for 2 projects following by Youth Solidarity and Peacebuilding and
Strengthening Conflict Resolution in the Village Project. In working with MCC, Khamsa has gained a
master’s degree in Applied Conflict Transformation Studies (ACTS); and 2 bachelor’s degrees
succeeding on Educational Studies; and Sociology and Social Development.
Khamsa has riches experiences relate to peacebuilding, conflict transformation, adult education,
project development, and stakeholder support. However, he also has strong leadership skill to facilitate
and leading the workshop, interfaith dialogue, conflict analysis, and conflict resolution. Khamsa has
high commitment to work for peace and justice. Throughout his work experiences, he used to support
many kinds of activities and initiatives for the youth empowerment, community transformation,
connecting people from different faiths and policy reform.
Khamsa has verities skills on partnership building, develop the training manual and facilitating
the training. Lastly, he reacts in the style of strategic and transformational leaders because he belief that
is an effective approach as other people would have space to bring their creativity ideas and solid
solution in order to bring positive changes to the community and over challenges in the people’s life.
