Jean Claude Muhire is a development practitioner and youth activist from Rwanda. Over the past seven years, Claude has supported international organizations to set up their operations in Rwanda by helping them to recruit local and international talents as well as registering officially in Rwanda.Claude’s passion in community development has influenced his decision to pursue a Master degree in International community development from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel.Claude is currently working as the Rwanda program coordinator with Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, a German political foundation that is promoting social protection and good governance. Claude sits in several international networks such as International Institute for Peace and Development based in Bangkok, Thailand, The Africa Matters Initiative and Global health Corps. Claude is currently chairing the board of directors for Hands of Mothers an organization that is supporting women and kids in their struggle for life.
