Emile Destin IBARA DONIAMA graduated from African Institute of Computer Science as a computer engineer.He chose this path because he have been really interested in new technologies since I was a teenager.He have always wanted to know how things work so he thought an engineering school would provide the best opportunity to understand the world of technology.His favorite field is programming. He like it because everything is so logical and with the proper language we can carry out amazing project.He was in a team in charge of the development of a new Agri supply Chain software to help the West Ugandan smallholders farmers to access to the market Information.While working with Integrated Logistics Services(ILOGS) as Software Developer.Prior worked as an IT Consultant with Gad SSI , ICT lead Partner with Global Women power Foundation based in London. Previously,He worked with Equateur Telecom Congo as HRIS Support , including Fatima Al Fihri Open University as an IT platform .He is serving African Leadership Institute as a ChangeMaker for the youth representation/inclusion project,OpenSource Leader 2018 common purpose,Ambassador Leaders Expedition(LEX),Partner Virtual co-op based in Ottawa,Country Liaison Representative Congo Young Africa Leaders Summit .Followed Course in understanding relationship EU-RUSSIA from University of Tartu(Estonia). Awarded Jack Welch International Scholarship to following MBA Program in Fall 2019 .Recently working for the implementation of the project called MOLONI YOUTH ACADEMY with LEX partner Pamela Weir(Founder/CEO Red2Black Resources USA) consisting to helping underprivileged young of Republic of Congo to access computer literacy education of quality. Through these experiences, I developed strong project coordination and implementation skills.He enjoy focusing on the topics of Digital Society and AI, Human rights, Education, poverty, global warming and Peacebuilding, and have a strong passion for youth empowerment.
